Run the Bridge (or not) approximately 7.5 mile total. Regroup after each bridge repeat.
2 times over the the High Bridge and back. (or more if you are up for it!) From OLD Coffee Waves location downtown 320 Williams. Text if inclement weather: (we aren't completely crazy!) .

Group run, 12 - 20miles. This group has been training for different marathons so distances change each week. Start venue varies to get different types of surfaces to run on, such as the beach, or the hills at Guth Park. Start time varies depending on weather and distance (5:30am - 6AM) PLEASE EMAIL FOR MORE INFO
*Non-threatening pace :) We run the longer runs in loops so that you can choose your distance and start time.
*There are several pace groups available, some more threatening that others ;)
